silverline – The Container Series for Industry and Intralogistics
silverline industrial containers are especially useful in intralogistics, in small parts warehouses, fully automated distribution centres, and as storage and transport containers for both internal and external logistics.
They come with standardised basic dimensions so that they can be readily stacked on Euro pallets (1200 x 800 mm) and industrial pallets (1200 x 1000 mm). The different dimensions of these Euro containers allow them to be mixed when placed on the pallet. The standard Euro dimensions make it possible to store and transport the stackable containers in a space-saving manner. The Euro-Norm silverline series comes in these basic sizes: 300 x 200 mm, 400 x 300 mm, 600 x 400 mm, and 800 x 600 mm. These small parts containers are optimal for the needs of modern warehousing and transport logistics. The extremely stable industrial container is ideal for transport and storage within a warehouse. They have also been designed for use with automated conveyor technology, on roller conveyors, push-through racks, and especially for stacker cranes, including clamping belts, telescoping, and grabber arm technologies.
The silverline series has closed side walls and a smooth base as standard. Depending on the application and the required load, it can be equipped with other options such as a ribbed or sandwich base. A choice between open and closed handles is also available.
For flexible compartmentalisation, the plastic container can also be equipped with polystyrene partitions. The side walls of the container walls have slots just for this purpose. Simply insert the partition and it is securely fixed within the containers,allowing them to be subdivided as needed.
Other accessories including insert trays, loose, hinged, or crocodile lids, and transport trolleys are also available.
